You'll first have to unlock the toilet for 2500 points. Now you can use the toilet for 1000 points.

After flushing the toilet a certain amount of the time, the toilet will turn gold and now cost 2500 points. It will still give bonuses and perks, but the weapons will now be Pack-A-Punched.

If you plunge the golden toilet multiple time in a row, it will turn into the galactic toilet. Every time you plunge this toilet you get a perk, and it now cost 10 000 points, and you will only get Wonder Weapons.
